Don't worry over much about the right thrust. The Eagle is an easy airplane to fly, and the absence of the right thrust will not be noticed. Use washers as you were previously advised to set the down thrust. You can remove washers as needed if you find that you have too much down thrust. Experience makes me believe that you will end up with about 3 or 4 degrees of downthrust when everything is trimmed out for hands off, level flight
