Default RCV Please help

ORIGINAL: Kitman

Laurenne,

Regardless how the engine came inot my possision, the fact is we spent several hours tryinbg to get the engine to run properly! We call Wildcat and they recommended that I bring it to Toledo and let Otto look at it. I have not seen the motor since. The fact remains the same no matter how yopu spin it!!! Customer Service !!!

For you information, there was no profanity in the e-mail I sent Geoff. I guess I would have the right to be even more upset if I had purchased the motor. As it stand right now, I can take this position until the motor is returned !!

Retraction not applicable!!

Best regards,

Greg

Boy for someone who received a free motor they sure are pretty sore. I've had excellent service from RCV and will be doing future business with them. Kitman being an hot head won't get you anywhere. Neither will slandering. If the engine is defective why not work with RCV and the service centre to reslove the defect and learn from the experiance. Even if the problem drags for over 2 years, why complain over an free engine?? .

Grabs a bag of popcorn and pick a spot on the couch,
this thread is getting interesting.
