Default overheating in a GP Pitts

I have a GP 1/3 scale Pitts with a FPE 3.2 I've been having trouble with it running hot. I've just about cut the whole bottom off the cowl. It would run for 5m 30s and cut off like clock work. I inlarged the front holes by 50%. it still looks good and I've got it to 9m30s. I don't want to cut any more. is there any thing else I could do. How about a baffle of some kind?
Has any one else had this problem with there Pitts.
Thanks for any info.
Kelly

Also the engine has been ran before in a WM Extra 300 with no poblems.
