It's probably required considering there doesn't seem to be a choke. What gets me is the manual states a falcon prop of 23x9. Maybe I'm wrong but that isn't a whole lot different from 22x10, the optimum prop for a da50 or dle55. I'd expect more from 62cc. But then I'd have to learn how to tune a carburetor argument comes up which is silly.
