Luke, watching you fly your Capiche again yesterday was fun. You are certainly enjoying it.

I bottled out having a go, though was sorely tempted. The wind was quite strong, and from the North which is a nasty direction at our field, so didn't want to take the risk with Luke's pride and joy.

Luke took advantage of the wind, doing some dead vertical elevators (not even a hint of wing rock) and some high alpha KE into wind which was a walking pace or slower. The various rolling circles were excellent as well.

I definately have some catching up to do!

The Capiche was generating lots of interest at the club, not that there were lots of us there due to the wind. Everyone was impressed with Luke's flying, and were happy that he is now joining us as a club member.

I'll try and get the ailerons covered this evening, then that will probably be it until next week due to work [&o]
