I made sure all my overlaps were where I was going to put down pinking tape. That's about all the advice I can give. I've only done one plane so far.

Pink tape, or ignoring it, are the two options that come to my mind.

Last night, when leaving the flying field, I was buzzed by a P-51. Those Merlins sound great at full song !
