Use gasoline resistant fuel system components, and I would break the engine in with the Gas/Glow fuel. You might ruin one glow plug during the break in period, but then you will be good to go. If it is an engine that is completely new to you, you might fire it up on gas first just to make sure it doesn't have any issues before switching it to Gas/Glow.
