Justin-If you want to build your own-go to seaplanes forum and check out some of the recommendations-I build mine-cost is about $10-15 per set depending on how much spare stuff you have laying around. There is a site that makes great floats, balsa covered and you finish, www.geocities.com/planefunfloats/ and www.foamfloats.com for just the foam cores.
