Default Avistar with Floats?

I would like to know how an Avistar with a os .46fx engine would do with floats on it. What floats would you recomend? Thanks.

It should work fine, although I really can't recommend a brand.

Justin-If you want to build your own-go to seaplanes forum and check out some of the recommendations-I build mine-cost is about $10-15 per set depending on how much spare stuff you have laying around. There is a site that makes great floats, balsa covered and you finish, www.geocities.com/planefunfloats/ and www.foamfloats.com for just the foam cores. I would stay away from any of the hollow plastic types. Definitely fun flying off water, also check out water planes forum at ezonemag.com, they have info also. Flipstart
