it should be a very simple matter (although absolutely shame on hobby king) to replace the pushrods and Clevises (it's the crappy clevises, NOT hinges that are bad on that airframe.)
you may be able to use the existing pushrods by simply turning the servos 180 degrees (putting the servo arm closer to the rear of the aircraft.)

looks like a 10X6 folding prop is what they recommend.

there are a good number of you tube videos for this airplane, like most of HK's stuff this airplane needs a little work to make it flyable.
