It's August 2014, and I still haven't flown my Phaeton. BOOO. I'm working on the finishing touch with engine tuning and balance. The power under the cowl is a YS FZ110S. I almost had it 100% tuned, but the rubber isolation mounts on the engine mount disintegrated due to its age. I wanted to replace the mount with a Hyde mount, but I decided to build one similar to the Hyde mount. I plan to start a new forum on the mount build. Anyways, I began to work on the balance and I noticed the plane is very tail heavy. If I new that ahead of time, I would have worked on lightening the tail. I have close to 3/4lbs of lead. Right now I'm waiting for parts to come in.
