You are over pressurizing your tank. I had the same issue. You have three options. 1.) Reduce the pump voltage on your pump. 2.) Add a small tank that Ts into the saddle. I used a 16oz Dubro tank. 3.) Do 1 and 2, which is what I did and never had a leaky tank again. This can happen with any tank and from any manufacturer.

You can easily repair your tank with fiber glass cloth and resin.
