dude that **** is simple to fix; first clean tank with alcohol, let it dry then mix up some hysol, spread the hysol over the area, make a nice 1/32" layer of it. Let it dry. Once dry the leak will be gone.

This crap happens on conformal fiber/kevlar tanks, but good thing is that they are easy to repair.
