Wrong! If you are pouring anything on the ground because you're too bloody lazy to hook up a taxi tank or overflow tank you should be shot.
Even if it's at an airport, no petroleum products should be able to make its way to the ground. Same goes for our gassers. You should look it up, the amount of drinkable water that is contaminated by one drop of gasoline...
No need to ban it. Just be a little smarter with it.
