Drip pans can be an easy fix for this,
+1...I use an old coffee can. Keep the lid, seals up the can for transport after the day is done. The overflow fuel can then be properly disposed of...like for an extra boost when lighting the charcoal grill (oh crap, I just ratted myself out on causing air pollution by burning charcoal...dang!)
