I finally made the maiden this summer!
I was a short and scary flight! I tried a few mm flaps during takeoff. The bird lifted off perfect! A few trim click on ailron. Gear up. And one round with 1/2 power on my P180RX. It felt like as on rails.
I decided to increase throttle to 3/4, and lined up for a lowpass. 50-70m away from me I saw and heard the rudder flutter! It was like an horse kick in my stomach! :-(
I throttled down, elevator input to bleed off speed. Gear out and landed!
I have now done as you recommend Tor: Pull-push with the servo installed in the fin!
I have not found time to fly it since!
Shockingly, SM continue to use their patent on their 1/5 F-16!
Also, in all their film clip they fly like hell with the same patent!
What are we doing wrong?
I read an article in latest MAN about flutter on rudder. And how to prevent it to occur!
I can only conclude, the rudder are wrongly designed! Or...?

I can not wait to get it airborne again!
