This is probably where I should say "I hate to say I told you so..." - but I don't hate it!!
I have told everybody so again and again,
and still people try the SM solution! No matter how tight it feels, the momentum on the rudder under power is just too tough and
the short distance between the rudder axis and the ball on the servo doesn't have a chance holding it during that kind of stress!
Dubd - I believe he has made the changes AFTER the flutter, as he writes that he has NOW done as I recommended and hasn't
had time to fly it after this... and Morne - from an earlier picture it seems like the new hinges are glued in OK.
Anyway, man - don't be afraid to fly it now that you have done this the correct way, it will take any speed and any maneuvering
without a problem when you have done things right! BTW - what is your real name?
