Everyone told me to keep it simple when I started with the Venus. I didn't listen and paid the price of lots of lost flight time, missed practice sessions, etc.
I wonder if there is a long, flat fuel tank that would help? The idea being the CG of the tank would be closer to the CG of the plane.
The change in feel (which I seem to recall clearly) is noticeable but not drastic. Choosing a reliable power system far outweighs the benefit of a constant CG in the Venus. Obviously it would be ideal to have both.
