My screens had the rear piece as part of the etch, the front piece was separate and like I said, when bent to shape it seemed to small. I will probably just fab it in plastic. Also, should the screens be that far back or cover the intake completely. I have the instructions from a 1/35 Tamiya KT and it looks like they are a bit more forward then yours??
Regardless, thanks for the answer and idea of using plastic for the curved front piece.
