Here is a link to Squadron they carry them. I also attached photos of the Aber Porsche set on a Trumpeter Porsche Tiger II to give you an Idea of where they should sit on the engine deck. The Trumpeter and the Tamiya tanks are very close if not the same size. Not sure about the HL or the Mato, but I would think they would still be close to be able to use these photo etch sets from Aber. So the 3rd photo should give you a pretty good idea of where the screens should be located on the engine deck.
