The angle of the hinges holes is not important as long as they are drilled in solid material.
What is important is to have an exit opening for the cement to exhaust and not come back on the hinge line.
The hole diameter should be just so the hinges just fit in without looseness ( clearance ) that would allow the glue to come out at the hinge line.
Another importance, of course, is to have any middle hinge(s) in perfect alignment with the end ones.
I just do not see any problems.
