Outstanding job Tom - positively beautiful plane.

The Minwax poly is fuelproof? Hmmmm, might need to look at that, I'm planning to cover my SIG mini-Stratus (scaled down to .40 size) with koverall but I've been looking at alternative paints, other than dope. If I can just put the polyurethane over them and it's OK, that'd be great.

May? Geez, yours is ready to go, my SR. Falcon is ready to go, we need to be flying. Decided today to steal the batteries out of my Eagle-II for the Sr. Falcon, she's flying tomorrow, one way or the other. I fired up the 46LA this afternoon, she caught on the first flip of the prop. Battery is in that once-empty front compartment and I also added 2.25 oz of lead to the front of the fuel tank compartment. She now balances right at the rear-most recommended CG point which, for me, is good to go. Supposed to be cloudy, rainy and breezy later in the afternoon but I've got the morning pretty much clear, maybe as late as 2PM.
