Default Too much down thrust on GSP?

Hey All,
I'm about to test fly my GiantScalePlanes Spitfire MK II with a YS 110. The building of this ARF was straightforward, especially with hints from the RCU Mag article. However... After mounting my motor, I'm a bit perturbed by the incredible incidence of Down and Right thrust built into the Firewall. Without any washers, mounted straight on (the firewall), the down thrust and right thrust seems a bit extreme.. maybe 5 degrees and 5 degrees... (sorry, don't have an incidence meter to check) Anyone have this kit? Does it fly well with so much correction? Am I just getting old? Should I zero-zero and start from there?
Any comments?
Thanks!
