Jeff, might help if you were to supply wing area, weight and wing span of the plane you're going with. Otherwise, for comparable power, just compare commonly used prop sizes on the engines you're considering. Not suggested prop sizes, ones guys are actually using.

The Evo 10 works good on larger .45 size, and smaller .60 size planes. How good will depend on what you're expecting from the plane. E.g. will this plane be flying more scale like, more sport, or 3D? I've found pretty good performance on planes in the 6-7lb range, with maybe 650 sq. in. wings.
