I have the hanger 9 katana 50. It will probably be in the 7 to 7.5 lb range and wing area of 825. I am not radical 3d pilot. I want to do imac style maneuvers and maybe some beginner 3d stuff like harriers and flat spins. Just leary of putting to much weight on the plane and having a flying rock. I am kindof leaning towards the 10cc but dont want of have this model fly like the previous katana that I had with a .70 surpass. It needed all the engine could give and mush it way up till it got some speed then it would fly ok.
thanks
Jeff
I am flying a DL 20 in a hanger nine Katana.Power is awsome but that is what the throttle stick is for.Balence came out right on,Useing 15x8 three blade for prop clearence. Also flying two Hanger nine funtanas with DL 30 and DL35 Rear ext.Again just right for power and balence. All three I rebuilt from some bodies elses crashes. One I had to completely recover. Some day will learn how to send pictures again.
