Thanks Jeff, since I took the gear apart to paint it, i locktite all the set screws back. But I will double check. I just finished working on the gear and by sanding the edges of the gear cover, I can get about 1.5 degree of toe out which is okay. The only thing happened is that the gear closed fast and cracked the edge of the fuse a little (aahhhh) . Now, I will add a little thin poly ply to the corners and paint it and should be good enough. This plane has taken me a long time and I am ready to be done with it. Thanks again.
