I got a FPE 3.2 as my first gasser. All the guys I talked with said to use a resistor plug. I don,t remember if the engine came with the plug or not but I have a risistor plug in it. I just bought a H-9 Su-31 with a bme 100. I noticed it didn't have resistor plugs in it. The guy had flown this plane many times. I don't know it he took them out and stuck regular plugs in or did he fly it like that. Is that safe!

Oh while I have you here, Do you have to use a PCM rx. with gas? Just wondering. I,ve heard yes and no.
