it is only binding when the air pressure is released. Keep in mind that these are Spring Airs. They only use air to make them retract. When you flick the switch to make them go down the valve just releases the air pressure in the cylinder. Steering arm moves freely too. I did check to make sure that the mount sits fluch on the firewall. I noticed that the mounting flanges are not even with each other. I think that this may be the culprit.
I am going to call Spring air first thing in the am. to talk with them.
