Does it have to Testors?

Vallejo and Tamiya have good ones, if you're looking for the mid/late war color used on armor and support vehicles, it's referred to as Dunkelgelb (Dark Yellow).

It's actually a greenish yellow, so maybe you Testors color isn't far off. You can find the RAL numbers for German colors as well as model paint comparison charts online.
