You probably already know about this site, but try www.paint4models.com but don't download it, just launch it. I don't know why it's two different charts but it is and the launched one is much better once you take the few minutes to learn how to use it. You can line up your brands side by side and it will give you the same colors in other brands. I use it all the time to go from humbrol to model master.
