There are hop up mods you can do to the Homelite to get it close, if not perhaps more than the power of a DLE 20, but it will always weigh a bit more. On many installations, that is not a problem. I have, for example. a souped up Homelite 30cc on a Giles 202 that needed virtually no ballast anywhere to balance perfectly....
