Cocktails are just my way to thank the workers for all they do for us pilots; as well as to thank all the out-of-town pilots for coming and helping to make our events so special. I try to concoct a new "winning" drink recipe for everyone each year, just like Shawn tries to concoct a new winning recipe for his "Macchi 5", each year. (Shawn, if you were racing in my class this year, I'd tell you that my new drink would be the one "winning recipe" you would experience this year.
