Found the package, unfortunately the little cardboard tag is missing.

Just dug thru the Sullivan web. Product is S504 48" gold n rod.
I only used the inner piece. The guys at the LHS set me up with
2mm threaded rods same length as the LT40 arf provides. I guess the 2-56 rods would not go in to the sullivan tube. Bought a pair of DuBro 2MM locking clevis (#819)

I used this piece exactly like the LT40 directions said. Cut the wires to the same length

I replaced all the other clevis' with the DuBro lockers as well.
