The last flight of the day brought surprises. After landing, strange noises could be heard. After inspection, it was noticed that the engine mounting bolts had come loose and it was leaning forward. This caused the fan to rub inside the cowling and break off all the fan blades but 2, still visible behind the prop in the pic.
Could have been worse!
