Erik said the 3:1 (3 shaft) boxes are available as TAG120267. Dan asked if boxes with bearings are three shaft or four. TAG120267 are three shaft boxes with bearings at the axle. The only boxes currently available with bearings at the gearshafts are in the abrams, 4 shaft, and I believe they're 58mm. I have not heard of any plans to produce 3 shaft boxes with bearings at the gearshafts (that doesn't mean they won't make them). That's a good question for Erik. I like the 3 shaft in modern tanks. Closer to scale top speed. Dan was probably asking if the new boxes that are bearinged at the gearshaft are 3 or 4 shaft, but it could have been read as a question about three shaft boxes with any kind of bearings. Erik was talking about both boxes, so I guess it depends on which ones Dan was asking about. Now even I'm confused.
