I would try the US41 first since you already have it. If your P47 really comes in at 20# you should be fine. You want your plane to fly like a WW2 plane not a jet. Then get the Poulen and convert it. If you're not happy with the US 41 in the P47 you can swap engines and use the 41 for your next project. That's what I would do.
