My Leopard needed a foe. The ZTZ 98 is a light weight, simple fun easy to do hybrid conversion. It runs pretty good. A few photos of the ZTZ 98 rc hull setup, running on plastic suspension & tracks with Mato metal drive sprockets, idlers and using twin Tamiya 380 rc tank motors, KV DMD, MF, TBU plus parts used in the Tamiya Sherman elevation unit setup etc. The twin speakers are from Mato and sound good! The gear in the hull is attached with velcro circles, so I can remove stuff easily, say if a Hen Long T-72 shows up someday.
