A friend of mine has one of the original bearcats still flying. IMO, the OS .25 FX is the perfect engine for this plane. A .15 will be marginal. And these things are too small to get caught up in flying a "scale" speed. Underpowered, can spell disaster really. Once the dust settled on scale combat, 2610 class, the .25 FX was the engine to have. Magnum has one now that is just as good for less money. He has small retracts in his. I think spring air.
This is good news as he needs a new cowling, and they were impossible to find before.
