4. I found the mentioned Clark system fun, difficult to setup, but doable, uses very cool sound effects and also best purposed for a non-infrared tank. The Clark seems far to complex in regards to stick commands to intuitively operate an infrared battle tank during the stress of play battle, so I would pass on this system for your purposes.
