On my Stearman I find its quite useful to have it on the nose heavy side ... i helps me a lot during the flight and on landings.
Hi there ! I know this thread has been around for a long, long time, but I was interested to know if you did try the NGH GF 38 in the Waco? I have one of those engines sitting around and am looking for a home for it. I suspect it would be pretty heavy on the nose, but there is a Youtube video of someone flying just this combination.
