I have two of these, one is an upgrade for a 2 bolt Zenoah compatible crankcase and the second is a 4 bolt Rovan crankcase, I got both to fiddle around and experiment with.
The good news is that you can install the crankshaft in any direction as the crank bearings are the same. If you install the standard way you can cut off the excess bit (shroud) and attach to firewall via a mount connected to the crankcase bolts.
If you turn the crankshaft the other way you can use the shroud as your mount, in this case you may want to use a Dremel to match the crankcase and cylinder ports.
I have fitted a prop adapter but haven't powered any of the two engines yet, being agressively timed and 31mm stroke (+2 mm of original crankshat) I expect very good performance, I think they should turn an 18x8 prop well above 8000rpm.
