From the information I have gotten from the folks at Kingtech, if the prop tach at 5000 rpms on the ground, it should unload to 7000 rpms in the air. The recommended prop to hit the sweet spot on the ground is a 24x20 three-blade. Maybe Barry can provide more information to better answer your question.
