Wow and double wow,

Without you Bax, I would have never figured this out. Apparently, there is another manual that I am not aware off. On page 99 of my manual there is no reference to "Range Check" being linked to "Conditions" .
Now I totally understand why calling the support number (217-398-8970) does not work with this radio. Every time I have called it, the first thing the gentleman says is that no one there is familiar with this radio. He asks for my phone number to have another person call me back, however, they never do. Is there another number for support on this radio ? I have a few more questions that I would like to get answered if possible. I can't thank you enough for your help. Thank You Thank you !!!!
