Range check is not linked to conditions. The transmitter has warnings, and will not transmit unless you know it's safe to do so. Setting a non-default condition warning prevents you from having the model turn on and link with the system setup incorrectly. Once the non-default condition has been corrected, then the transmitter will turn on. Page 99 sets the warnings. You can elect to have the warning, and to also have the transmitter vibrate when it gives the warning. Or you can cancel getting the warning entirely.
