Yep a cup of water. only dirty/muddy water and sea/salt water is bad for a brushed motor. clean clear water is how you break in and clean out brushed motors.
vacuum forming. sounds cool. iv'e always wanted to make a vacuum table. a good high power shop vac and a wooden box with some holes should be a good start.
