Since you have a preference towards bipes, that should eliminate the S.E. right off the bat. It also has completely different flight charectoristics from either of the other two. The Skybolt is a moderate build and the fuse has a reputation for being a bit on the heavy side but they fly very nicely if you fly it fast. The Ultimate is known as a good flier as well, but smaller than the Skybolt and a bit boxy looking.

That may not help much, but I guess I'm trying to say you need to decide what you want out of a model before trying to decide which of the above you want to build next.
