Almost anything can be repaired. It depends how bad the damage is and what experience the person has doing repairs. If this is your first dive into any structural repair I believe this is a bit beyond your skill set.
Almost impossible to instruct you via the internet. I would recommend finding someone in your area who has done this before and is willing to sit with you and help you along the way.
Or just buy a replacement fuselage.
