Default Cortex Service provider USA?

Ok long story short my bought a Cortex for his Skymaster Viper, used it about a year with great results. One day at our feild his viper twichced really hard to the right 2 times and while trying to bring it in for a landing it did it again and caused it to crash as it was at low speed 10 feet up.

He figured it was a issue with his Spectrum set up and moved on, sold me the gyro.

As I was uncertain I put it in a cheap GP Biplane and put 10 flights with no issues so I moved it to my Carf Eurosport, I have had around 10 amazing flights.

But last weekend it started to twichce real hard to the right, I freaked out turned off the gyro and it still did it, buy the time of the first twichced to I got to the ground in the time it took me to fly my base leg and land it twichced around 10 times.

I was freaking out but figured it was jut low batteries. Today I got around to charging up the 2 2200 6.6 life packs and to my surprise I only put 620mah each to full charge. Which tells me they were not very low. Right now I'm dischargeing both backs to see there capacity.

I'm thinking I should send in this cortex for testing but to who?

Is there anything else you would check on your jet?

I'm useing 2 swiches with a life on each into the AR9010 spectrum reciver.

I'm not talking bad about Cortex as I have 1 other in my F16 with amazing results. I love this gyro but I can't afford to lose my Eurosport.

So who should I contact to send this to? Is there even a service I can send it to?

Thanks
