Wolflord - Congratulations for the maiden. As to the cooling, I have 30cc MVVS in my Waco. I discarded the front dummy cylinders and made additional cut behind the cowl (see photos) to allow additional air to get out, as I found the cooling "ring" to be insufficient. This small cut should be enough to resolve your cooling issues even if you keep the dummy cylinders in place (and is hardly visible).
