the canopy is simply done in a Tamiya acrylic paint, thought it was pollycarb paint.. umm will have to see if it stays, anyway it's Nato Black which is a very dark slate grey, looks better than black. just two coats.
very pleased with how it transforms the look. makes it much easier to see too
